Your feet are more important than you think!
I was having pain in my hip area probably because of all the sports I played growing up, lifting weights and holding my son on my right hip for 4 years 🙂 It’s bound to take a toll. I came across these insoles in the summer, at this point I was willing to try anything because
the pain seemed to be getting worse and I worried that later on in life I would need to get a hip replacement.
