Our feet are more important than you think!

You or someone you know suffer from one or more of these conditions;

– Flat feet

– Tired, sore or aching feet

I was recently introduced to a company called Barefoot Science. I was having issues with my hip and was worried that I would have to have hip replacement at an early age if I didn’t do something about it. I was having pain daily; it was effecting my workouts and life in general. I have been wearing the insoles now for about 4 months and no longer have any pain, my explosive power is better and my glutes are firing better, which helps produce firmer butts ladies and gentlemen 🙂
