Well you should because every food is important! There are so many &#8220;diets&#8221; out there that don&#8217;t support the consumption of carbs. But the truth is that complex carbs should be consumed in balance with your proteins and fats daily!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Choose your carbs wisely! If you are eating refined carbs you need to know that they are bogging down your digestive system. If you are a refined carb junkie (white flour products, white bread, rice, and white sugar). You should consider switching to more complex carbs because refined carbs break down quickly and cause an imbalance in your energy levels and hormones. Consider replacing them with a variety of complex carbohydrates such as whole grain rice, quinoa barley and spelt.
